Fit 023 Calve training

Calves may not be exciting to train but they are very important! Calve flexibility and health is crucial if you want to do things like walk, play sports or wear shoes! Calve training is simple because there is not too much to do! The important points are
  • doing the right amount of repetitions
  • using the proper form
  • being consistent with calve training
  • using the right tempo
