There is one scale you should use daily: a food scale! Measuring your portions can make a big difference in your diet! I have used alot of food scales in my time and like this one the most!
Like attracts like. Gather some like thinking friends to help you maintain motivation. Find out if they listen to podcasts and/ or suggest this one to listen to and that way you can discuss fitness topics while walking or doing cardio! Like minded people can also be found at the Fitness Forum . Surrounding yourself with this type of support group keeps your motivation high!
