Wow! The 100th podcast of the Fit Girl Guide! Thanks to all you listeners for comments, inspiration and support! The focus of this podcast has become the basis for ClubFit. This new site brings together the guides that this podcast covers: getting in shape and staying in shape as well as the three main parts of fitness: Nutrition, motivation and training.
ClubFit is an online personal training center and gym community! Although there are different membership levels, there is plenty of free info to keep you track!
