Yes, it's hard to believe the holidays are upon us already! With less than 4 weeks til Thanksgiving and 8 til Christmas, now is the time to plan for your holiday weight survival. Your goal should be to maintain your weight, maintain your exercise and enjoy some of the wonderful holiday treats!
